In this diet we have taken a total of 2500 calories. these calories are divided into 5 meals.in this we have taken 700 calories in two main meals.like breakfast and lunch. 600 calories we will take in dinner and the remaining 400 calories are divided in to two parts.we will take 200 calories before exercise and the remaining 200 calories after exercise.
