Every food has different amount of carbs.When we eat any food that means we consume some amount of carbs / carbohydrates.
After some time of eating carbs convert into glucose and that glucose our body use as a energy or in the form of energy.
we should consume 25 to 40 % less amount of carbohydrates to lose weight.
For Example our daily requirement of carbs is 500 then we should consume 150-200 in less amount carbs.

Fruits, Sandwich

Oat Meal, Nuts, Water Melon

Meal No : 2
Fish, Mix vegetables with olive oil, Fruits

Soy beans, Egg whites, Sandwich, green tea

Meal No : 2
Almonds, fruits, Tofu, omelette, Brown bread or Normal bread

Protein shake, Oats with milk and fruits, pasta

Here we have took 2000 cal for full day of diet.

This 2000 cal we divided into 3 meals.In each meal we eat 666 can increase the number of meals but for that you have to decrease calories from meals.
