  10. Plant The Tree and Save The Earth.        


When you eat healthy then your mind will be fresh, it make strong your immunity system which is keep away us from disease.
the main point is it will boost our metabolism that is why you will now become victim of obesity.

If you become stress less then you can enjoy your life without your stress.that is the big benefit.because today stress become a part of our life so keep away from it and stay fit.


If you not take complete sleep then you can't do work in a day. human need sleep at least 7-8 hours.so if you want promotion in your work then make it a habit or part of our 

life.

Junk Food became habit of our new generation they eat only junk food like pizza, burger, cold drinks etc.. it has lot's of bad results.it has not protein, carbs, fiber which human body want on daily bases.it has just calories which is main reason of obesity and because of junk food there are 2 billion are obese in present time all over the glob.So avoid junk food and stay healthy.

Walk after last meal because this habit will safe you from obesity, because after last meal we go for sleep and then our body going to rest mode and our calories not burn which we ate in last meal. so walk as possible after dinner and stay fit.

We all are know this is the 21 century means digital world.but therefore we should decrease the use of mobile because it affect on our eyes and also affect on our heart so be careful and stay healthy.


Do at least 1 hour exercise in a day.it feel us more refreshing also give us more energy to do any work.it help us to keep away from disease.so do exercise and stay fit.+

Drinking more water is good habit because it help us to detoxify our body, it boost our metabolism which is keep away us from obesity and help to happen proper blood circulation so drink water and stay fit and healthy.


This is the main point because day to day we cut the trees therefor no remain enough amount of oxygen and without oxygen human being can live above 10-15 seconds. planting tree is most important for us and this planet also. so do planting trees and stay healthy and fit.
