First of all if you want to loss  or gain weight you should calculate your daily eating calories. means how many food your body want's.calculate your calories by using calories calculator .

And then your real game will start. if you want to loss weight then decrease 500 calories from your daily eating calories.and if you want to gain weight do opposite increase 500-1000 calories in your daily calories eating. 

Then divide calories in 3-5 parts. make it meals.
For Example: 
If your daily eating calories is 2500. then divide in 5 meals like 500 calories in each meal.

Now decide you meal time because after a meal 2-3 hours gap is compulsory.that is why our meal is compulsory to be time to time. this is the another important thing. 

In weight loss period you should consume lot's of water. because water detox our body also improve our immunity system. water known as weight loss drink. 

Before showing diet i want to say you one thing that is i just suggest food you can replace food from diet because i will suggest to get you ideas which food we want to let see...

  3. Fruit salad

  5. Egg whites

Important thing is you must take food after taking food quantity or food weight to know food calories.
